Eligibility

Services

AG Consulting offers professional consulting services in product operations. Our Services include, but are not limited to, strategy development, process optimization, and performance analysis. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between AG Consulting and the client.

When using our Services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information.

2. Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our Services or other users.
    

 

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided through our Services are the intellectual property of AG Consulting. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of our Services. This includes business strategies, financial information, and client data. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for the Services as outlined in the respective service agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate specified in the service agreement.

Termination​

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, any fees owed for services provided will be due immediately.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AG Consulting, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AG Consulting operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
